NAMI Connection

is a peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness.

Family and Friends Support Groups

are support groups for families and friends of persons living with mental illness.

Family-to-Family Class

is a twelve-week course about the experience and impact of mental illness on families and friends of those affected.

Education Classes

free and open to the public, on issues related to mental illness.

Hospital Visits

Twice a month

NAMI volunteers visit the FMH Mental Health unit to inform patients and families on opportunities in the community.
