NAMI Frederick is pleased to announce that the Connection Recovery Group for adults living with mental illness has resumed. The group will meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. If you are interested in attending, feel free to just show up. This Group offers a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness while offering encouragement and hope.

NAMI Connection is a free recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

Membership in NAMI is not required.

Directions:
Located in the Rupp House of Evangelical Lutheran Church
Take the walkway to the right of the main church, enter Rupp House through the side porch door on the right of the walkway.
Meeting room is in the front of the Building. Porch door enters into the Kitchen then walk right toward the front ofthe house
